We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to return an item. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning Krishijaat products and receiving a refund.
What can be returned?
- Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 3 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.
- If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
What cannot be returned?
- Opened or used items cannot be returned.
- Perishable items can only be returned within [Number] hours/days of purchase.
- Items not purchased directly from Krishijaat cannot be returned through this policy.
How to return an item:

- Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Safe Packaging: Carefully repack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your own protection.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Delivery Information:
- Home delivery is available for products up to 10kg on the second floor at no additional charge.
- For deliveries exceeding the weight limit or higher floors without elevators, additional charges may apply.
- We strive to deliver orders within 3 of the purchase.
